4단계 BK21 Date Skills Research Hub를 통해 대학원생이 다양한 연구·학습 경험(eXperience)을 축적하고,
연구역량과 전문성의 탁월성(eXcellence)을 높이며,
연구·디지털 활용 역량 및 성장 가능성을 확장(eXpand) 할 수 있는 지속적인 학습 환경을 조성하고자 KU GradX를 구축하려 합니다

■ 공모 콘텐츠 제출: 계열별 연구 특성을 반영한 AI 활용 기초 교육 콘텐츠

■ 공모 절차 및 공모 접수 방법
ⓐ ~10월 19일(월) 공모 콘텐츠 접수
- 첨부파일 '[양식] 신청서, 개인정보 동의서, 청렴서약서(국문)' 다운로드 및 작성
- 20~30분 분량의 교육 영상 MP4 파일 1개 (BK21, 대학원혁신팀 로고 사용 필수)

ⓑ 10월 30일(금)(예정) 선정 결과 발표
- 개별 이메일 안내 및 고려대학교 일반대학원 홈페이지 안내
- 공모 콘텐츠 최대 20인 및 우수 콘텐츠 제출 4인 선정
ⓒ ~11월 19일(목) (우수 콘텐츠 4인 대상) 우수 콘텐츠 제출
- 1시간 분량의 교육 영상 제출
- 계열별 특성에 따라 인문사회계열 2인과 이공계열 2인을 나눠 선발
■ 참여 혜택
ⓐ AI 구독 서비스 1개월 지원 (콘텐츠 선정 최대 20명 대상) : ChatGPT Plus, Gemini AI Pro, Claude Pro (US$20) 중 택1
ⓑ 강의료 70만원 지급 (우수 콘텐츠 4인 대상): 우수 콘텐츠 제출 시 지급
■ 선발기준: 적합성 30점 + 구성력 20점 + 활용성 20점 + 전달력 20점 + 차별성 10점
* 첨부서류 미제출, 서명 및 필수 로고 누락 등 제출요건 미충족 시 감점 가능

To promote BK21 extracurricular education,
the Innovation Team, Graduate School aims to establish KU GradX throughthe BK21 FOUR Date Skills Research Hub,
creating a continuous learning environment where graduate students can accumulate diverse research and learning experiences (eXperience),
enhance excellence in research capabilities and expertise (eXcellence),
and expand their research and digital competencies and potential for growth (eXpand).
As the first initiative, we are holding the [Ask AI, to Your Seniors!] contest
to discover AI education content that reflects the research characteristics of graduate students across different academic disciplines.
We look forward to your interest and participation.

■ Eligibility: Graduate students at Korea Univ. Seoul Campus (currently enrolled students and students who have completed their coursework)
■ Contest Theme: AI Basics for Research: Practical Skills for Your Field Research Characteristics by Discipline
ⓐ AI tools useful in the research process
ⓑ Case studies and tips on using AI throughout different research stages
ⓒ Research methods: data characteristics and discipline-specific AI applications
ⓓ Evaluating AI-generated results and responsible use of AI in research, etc.
■ Contest Procedure and Submission Method
ⓐ By October 19 (Mon): Contest Content Submission
- Download and complete the attached “[Form] Application Form, Personal Information Consent Form, and Integrity Pledge (English)”
- One MP4 educational video of 20–30 minutes (BK21 and Innovation Team logos are required)
- Submit via email to the Innovation Team, Graduate School: graduate_BK21@korea.ac.kr
ⓑ October 30 (Fri) (Tentative): Selection Results Announcement
- Individual notification via email and announcement on the Korea University Graduate School website
- Selection of up to 20 participants for contest content and 4 participants for outstanding content submission
ⓒ By November 19 (Mon): Submission of Outstanding Entries (for 4 selected participants)
- Submit a 1-hour educational video
- Two participants from Humanities and Social Sciences and two participants from Science and Engineering will be selected according to the characteristics of each academic field.
■ Participation Benefits
ⓐ One-month AI subscription service support (for up to 20 participants whose content is selected): Choose one from ChatGPT Plus, Gemini AI Pro, or Claude Pro (US$20)
ⓑ Lecture fee of 700,000 KRW (for 4 participants selected for outstanding content): Paid upon submission of outstanding content
■ Selection Criteria: Relevance (30 points) + Content Orgnization (20 points) + Practical Usefulness (20 points) + Delivery (20 points) + Originality (10 points)
* Points may be deducted for failure to meet submission requirements, such as failure to submit required rejecteds, missing signatures, or omission of required logos.
■ Notes
ⓐ The selected AI education content will be used as KU LMS KU GradX materials to enhance graduate students' AI utilization skills.
ⓑ The number of selected participants may vary depending on submission quality and the judging criteria, and no awards may be given.
ⓒ Lecture fees for outstanding entries will be paid after applicable withholding tax is deducted in accordance with relevant regulations.
